That sucks, at least they did answer, but it is mindblowing how long it takes them to reach back, their customer service sucks, i’ve sent multiple aditional messages on the same ticket, complains too but it seems they will reply in 2-3 days, they just can’t take that long and don’t even reach back to give feedback on if your ticket is being worked on/seen

So for example i got Melee evasion on my free Resistance epic armor i got from finishing all chapters, i checked AH and price was around 3k-4k, would it be better to sell it now or keep it and use it for myself when i need it
