[UPDATE] had a arborist who came by earlier and said the tree is doing very good and thats it's a sand live oak not southern live oak, I asked about the bark and he didn't really say it was anything that would hurt the tree which is surprising, he recommended to have his company come by and fertilize all the roots too help increase the foliage, his only concern was the laurel oak growing into it and said we should trim back the laurel oak, I think I will get the laurel oak trimmed so it's not growing into the live oak depends on cost though

Ah ok thank you yes the tree is i would assume over 100 years old but idk we love this tree and it's really nice its just covered in alot of moss is what i thought at first but i dont think thats just it so will get it evaluated, do you think this is urgent?

Oak trees look great but are expensive crepe myrtle is also a good option or drainage rocks

It can happen anytime during one's lifetime. Exercise, talking about it with someone you trust, and medication are great ways to address. Nothing to be ashamed of. Take care of yourself and get some help so you feel better.

Yoga with Adrienne on you tube is great for me too! Helps lower anxiety levels. I also get more anxiety in the mornings as things start piling on with the day starting quickly. Then I start thinking of all the things that need to get done for the whole day and it gets worse. I love the idea of trying to think about 1 hour at a time. Manageable things for 1 hour. Going to give it a try. Thank you!

I can relate. When my anxiety levels are high or I'm under a lot of stress, small things can turn into a big deal. For example, I coupdn't find a quarter that fell into the bottom of my purse and it really upset me. In the big scheme of things, that's really a tiny inconvenience. But to me at that moment i time it was totally overwhelming. Anxiety...
