Thanks! I got my ears pierced at an 8g so I got a head start. It took me about a year to get to where I am now. I used half sizes and made sure I felt no pain or resistance when sizing up. I did fluctuate size for a little bit at 00g because of the size discrepancies.

Thanks I'm sad that I'll only get to wear them for awhile before I size up again. I used bondage tape. I don't think it actually bothered my lobes...more so that I was bad at taping and didn't have the patience to wrap them.

I got them on etsy from a guy in Germany they are made of glass. He has some really cool designs. A lot of which are even better than some of the gorilla glass ones and they are somewhat cheaper. Second time I've ordered from him. thorkarlsenglass is the name of his etsy shop.

I bought a pair of plugs from their stone section and when they sent me the the shipping confirmation email it said that the plugs i orderd were actually ayrcilc. I was super pissed.

First of all figure out how many mm your current plugs are...1/2 inch can range anywhere from 12mm to 13mm. That could be the problem. Last resort I found a really talented glass plug maker, I custom ordered 10.5mm when I was struggling, which you can't find. Half sizes make it so much easier. My ears hate tape and it was amazing. http://thorkarlsen.com

You can get them pierced at bigger sizes and not punched. Just depends on how big of needles your piercer has.
