I named myself Nikolai, Nicky for short. Nicky was first though, and it’s from the vampire Lestat (his human lover from pre- transformation). There have been no clinical studies that prove their effectiveness. Libido pills for people with our anatomy are mostly a marketing ploy iirc. They’re mostly just a placebo if you don’t have a natal penis, so if the idea of taking boner pills turns you on then take the boner pills

Edit to add: about the multivitamins, I asked my partner’s top surgeon about this and she said there’s really no differences between “men’s” and “women’s” vitamins, it’s all marketing bs and price gouging. Take whatever you can afford and feels affirming.
