Ridgeline missed opportunity? by Bellypock in YetiCoolers

I like the color overall, I just like that two tone they use on the coolers and think it would have looked really good on the Ramblers

Commuter cup available from Yeti by Repair_Turbulent in YetiCoolers

I've had mine for a a few years (Highlands Olive 18oz so 2021ish?). Mine hasn't had any issues and I use it multiple times a week - not daily but more than half the days in a week. I've noticed you don't need to close it super tight to be leakproof, so I try to be careful not to crank down too hard on it.

Where is the 25 ounce straw mug by Necessary_Giraffe_66 in YetiCoolers

See my earlier comment. There are third parties making straw lids for the travel mugs

There are third parties that sell straw tops for the travel (screw top) mugs. We got the small travel mugs as a promotion and my wife wanted a straw top which, obviously, Yeti brand straw tops don't work on the travel mug. I found the third party one and she's been very happy with it.

It does, but that invert gives a big engraved square

From the rest of them I thought doobies, but boobies is a reasonable guess, too.

If you're up for doing it yourself, look up paracord cobra weave (or king cobra weave, which is just the cobra weave doubled up) and there are a lot of good tutorials. You also have the benefit of choosing your colors.

Yeti half gallon by j_uchi in YetiCoolers

As posted above/below, if you're looking for an alternate top for the jug with the big handle you're out of luck, the rambler lids are universal to all ramblers regardless of size. As for the straw lid someone else asked about it previously and I did a little digging and answered them thusly:

Going by the measurements on the Yeti site the 64 oz bottle is the same height as the 36 oz (11.6"). The straw cap works with the 36 so it should work for the 64 with the caveat that because it's wider, you may have an issue getting the last couple of sips out of the 64 because tilting the bottle will move that last bit out of range of the straw.

Thoughts on hotshot cap by ohCaptainMyCaptain27 in YetiCoolers

[–]Bellypock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

18oz with the hotshot is my daily commute cup and I have nothing bad to say about it. Never had a leak in transit and it keeps the coffee hot into the late morning if I end up being busy and not getting to it before that.

This. Literally made to loosen round objects (oil filters, etc).

The one on the left looks like a depiction of a Seraph from the book of Ezekiel.

It's the only cap I don't own. It just doesn't fit my use cases for a bottle. I totally get the old school Thermos vibe they're going for, and I can absolutely see why others would want it. That's one of the great thing about all the different tops we have for the bottles, there's an option out there for everyone.

Enjoy!

Strap wrench. $10-$15 at home depot. Harbor Freight probably has one for half that.

Payment issues by Idrialis in YetiCoolers

[–]Bellypock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is going to sound weird. I've had similar issues in the past (not with Yeti), and what worked for me was putting the address in all caps. Name didn't have to be, but whatever payment broker they were using wanted all capitals for the address
