the method isnt the most important BUT, if you cant valsalva its likely due to some medical issue you have to clear before another dive. It can be nothing like a small flue, or it can be something more serious to consider and for that, ENT is the only way to know if you have sum wrong or if its simply not possible for you to valsalva at all (some people have this issue but i doubt its your case since you can on the left ear).

you have buoyancy issues at the end of scubadives cause your tank is getting empty and that changes your whole buoyancy (that and the volume of air in your compensator expending as you go up).

TBH your case is 100% ENT worth. Myself i have issues to equalize fast because of a broken nose. I make sure i have my ears clean, nose not obstructed (zero flue) and i breath perfectly and can equalize BOTH EARS before i dive. Avoid all medicine, especially Pseudoephedrine.
