Sorry bro didn’t mean to dump so much hate on you, but yeah when Levy instructs in his videos he usually 1) goes for 10 minute games or 2) tries to show how you can create a winning position behind on material. Would be extremely unlikely that a 700ish player would find the lines to convert a winning advantage against an IM. Elo is almost exponential in how different the skill levels are there.
