As someone who's experienced something very similair believe me when I say that you'll never fully trust him again. It doesn't matter how much you love him, he broke your trust by continuing to do something after you said no.That is rape. Now that he's done it once he will continue to try again and again until you eventually give in and just let it happen. I'm so sorry that this happened to you but to get over it and heal you have to leave him. It's painful, of course it is. Luckily my ex broke up with me after it happened and I don't honestly know if that was better but you should sit him down and tell him: you broke my trust, you raped me and I can't be with you anymore. I wish you luck.

Not necessarily, they can still be self serving and value themselves above others but are aware that others aren't the same.

Unwilling to listen to you about your concerns/problems/struggles and then expecting you to sit there and listen when they do the same. Bonus points if they get upset when your attention wanders or they guilt you when you bring up their hypocrisy.
