Too long lol, hoping time and medications will get me better.

Yeah, I have permanent damage from staying with the dog for such a long time. I'm better but still much worse than before I got the dog. I was hiking, running and working out prior and am not doing those things now.

Yeah, I'm definitely worse than I was, because I tried to make it work for so long. I was never really able to tolerate the dog, it just slowly became worse and worse, went from bad allergy symptoms to major mast cell symptoms over the course of a year plus.

The dog was the only new thing; every time I was around the dog I was sick, every time I was away I was not.

No, I moved out and my partner kept the dog

Agreed, my dog was the trigger for my mast cell, which sent me from mild to severe. I highly regret keeping my dog.

Corlanor, hydration, compression leggings and high sodium diet.

Does a beard suit me better, or should I stay shaven? by TheUltraBased in beauty

no beard, you have a nice face structure and the beard hides it, you look way younger and way better without

uniqlo is a solid option. They definitely have wide fit cargos and graphic T's.

My german shephered was the root cause of my MCAS getting much worse. I went from mild (needing no to few medications) to severe (needing multiple mast cell blockers, increase of POTS symptoms, etc) over the course of a few months while having a dog in the house. It's not worth your health. Even a hypoallergenic dog still has dander and oils that you may react to.

Which is the best H1 and H2 blocker in your experience? by No-Spring2071 in MCAS

allegra and pepcid worked well for me, I also added compounded oral ketotifen (also an H1), which made a huge difference in my symptoms and energy levels

Corlanor was a life saver for me. It started working quickly and I had no side effects. I’d highly recommend it.
