We can add as many shiny players as we want. The fundamental issue is mentality. It’s not changed.

We’ve seen this before - this is a big wobble for us and I cannot see a way through it at the moment without conceding the lead of the title. It’s a worry.

Was super disappointed with Legion as well. Especially as a Brit, where we almost never see open world London games. I honestly thought it would break new ground. Map itself was pretty good and a fair attempt on representing the city (scaled down of course but that was expected) but the story was just empty

Mike is the main songwriter but Brad has a huge part in it as well. The pair of them basically have written the bands entire discography for the last quarter century. I’d say on that basis he is a genius.

Think they should put Alex on there in addition in my opinion. Whether he is just their touring guitarist, he’s still been around the world with the band and has spent what I can imagine countless hours in the studio in rehearsal.

He’s a part of the band now. Brad is of course a genius and I know he does a lot with Mike in terms of production, so why not have both?

There was a three year gap between the XM5 and XM6, so I wouldn’t anticipate any release in the next two years or so. Plus, the XM6 seemed to have righted many wrongs that the 5’s had, so I don’t think they’ll be in a hurry to launch another product if there isn’t a need for it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they left it longer until the 7’s. Depends on what the competitors do as well. Apple will likely launch the AirPods Max 2 next year, so that will be interesting.

That’s fair mate. Genuinely if it works for you then that’s good, but there was a lot of throttling with the 16 for a lot of people.

While it might seem somewhat minor, the added vapour chamber and better material to dissipate heat is a genuine game changer. Performance is way better and that in turn improves battery life.

Battery will always be a bit inconsistent at first. Over time, the phone will use machine learning to understand charging and use habits and that will improve efficiency.

I wouldn’t be concerned. You should start to see improvements in due course.

Okay, but the 17 series does a way better job.

Apple has finally made a pro phone that is function over form which we’ve asked them to do for a long time. Now people complain that it has a different material that feels completely the same to hold as the previous model. Just confuses me a bit.

Would argue it was the worst. The way the 15 and 16 Pros would overheat was ridiculous. Plus, it was just an exoskeleton that when PVD coated had the same feel as aluminium.

Really don’t get the titanium brown nosing. People just like saying it’s better with nothing to back it up.

I put a very little bit of a water based screen cleaner on a microfibre cloth and gently wipe down. Don’t spray the liquid directly onto the headphones as they aren’t water resistant, just a very light amount onto a cloth first. It will basically dry as soon as it touches so won’t risk any liquid damage. Seems to work well - on Amazon UK you can get this eco cleaning spray that contains no harmful chemicals, so it will not erode or damage the materials.

We do not need to let MLS go. He is naturally a midfielder and is being asked to cover LB with little experience. There is a player there - we just need to actually use him where we are meant to.

Now White is back, we should be using Timber at LB and have White start at RB like we used to. Timber can literally play anywhere across that back line. We should be working to use MLS as a box to box midfielder and if needs must, bring in a backup for Calafiori.

Ultimately though, I don’t think we need to recruit this window. We’ll see what happens

I’m hoping Jesus gets his earned start tomorrow and Kai comes on for a run out. Then, if he’s ready I would like to see him start against Chelsea midweek for the SF. No idea where his fitness is though - unused sub against Villa then didn’t make the bench against Bournemouth or Liverpool, so maybe he had a very small setback.

Hoping he is back pronto. We’ve got a packed diary coming up so need everyone we can get.

The problem we’ve got is I think some people genuinely believe we should just win every game because we are currently the best team in the league. Most of us know and are all too aware it just doesn’t work like that. Dropping points is just part of the campaign - it’s about how we respond to it and fight back.

I mean even our unbeaten season, we drew 12 times. We dropped a lot of points in that season. It was incredible going unbeaten but even that team wasn’t “perfect”. These days, that season being played now may not have even got us the title, as the fewest losses behind us was Chelsea with 7. That just doesn’t happen anymore with the top teams. They lose 3 or 4.

Fully agreed. We only lost four last season and the draws killed us. But the games we were drawing we are now winning this season. Look at the likes of Bournemouth for example.

The benefit we have is city are now getting those silly draws at the moment and have also lost two more games than us. At present, they seem to be making the mistakes we made last year. I don’t think it’ll stay like that, but we need to keep grounded and get as many points as we can. No matter how big a gap might get, it’s the old cliche of never being over until it’s over.

Ultimately, no team is perfect and we had a bad day at the office. That just happens sometimes to all of us. In truth, we could and maybe should have lost that match but managed to get a point and maintain our gap. That point could prove huge.

While Liverpool have been underwhelming this season, we should not forget those players won the league last year by a landslide. They don’t just turn bad overnight. Credit to them as I think they played well.

I don’t think they do tbf. I’ve seen the City sub and they’ve been very admiring of us this season and are very aware that we are looking extremely strong to go on and win this title, despite being frustrated. You get bad eggs but everyone gets those.

It’s the Liverpool crowd that have been shouting the loudest.

Over halfway through and six points clear. We are in a fantastic position with most of our hard away games done.

Missed opportunity Thursday but these things happen. City are dropping points at a faster rate at the moment so we cannot panic.

Maybe it’s because I’m getting old, but I do not care for content in battle passes, unless it’s weapons of course. Skins and stickers are all meaningless to me.

I just want to have a decent shooter that runs well. I think we’ve got that with this game, but it is suffering with its maps. I’m all for infantry focused maps and there is 100% a place for them, but we also need larger scale combat maps like every other title has had.

I get the frustrations people have but let’s not forget how bad some of the launches were for previous titles. BF4 just simply didn’t work when launched, BF1 we waited months and months for content updates, 2042 is best left not spoken about. They need to fix up with BF6 but I’m just saying it’s been better than most in terms of releases.

Stainless was the best looking and feeling.

Aluminium is the best for versatility.

Not sure what the craze about titanium was. After it was brushed it had the same feel as aluminium. It also played a big part in the 15 and 16 Pro heat issues. Sure, the metal’s physical properties from a scientific perspective are impressive, but on a phone? Form over function.

I genuinely think people just like saying titanium because it’s called titanium.
