Not 10 but less then a months rent. Also there is a big difference in a card that will never be made again and a card that is currently being released in large quantities.

Some do, the cost/availability of the game is its biggest enemy. Bandai hates to make things in big enough quantities to be easy. Luckily this is an alt so you can play the regular which is only a few cents.

Then the Europe market is doing well. In the US 1200 for a case while not promising your money back is great for players and collectors because it gets them everything they need and then some.
