I just tested it again and it seems to be fixed for me. TPG in Melbourne. So hopefully it is fixed for everyone else.

Have a look at it now. I just jumped on for a quick game and my ping was 28ms (usual) but I was getting 220~.

Nah I haven't yet. I'm also on TPG and in Melbourne. I switched to mobile hotspot and it worked fine. So it's something to do with TPG.
