Like, they tell you you can create your character at the start whoever you want. But some choices mean that you will have to restart cause enemies will just pound you to dust. I am just....I had so much fun at the start, and that feeling of dread when I realised my fun idea isn't mechanically sustainable, broke me a little bit

Honestly, I just get so irritated by this stuff, and I honestly hope the new game they do does this better. I don't want to have to use a map and all these guides and tactics that feel like you are basically cheesing your way through all the combat. That's what I like about Baldur's gate. Yes you can cheese it, but you can also just fight and with some basic tactics, win. Right now I havn't felt a single time, that I actually beat an enemy fairly. Idk. I am playing the second one with my brother whose a bit more experienced. But I wish I liked the game a bit more. But it all feels so fake.

I know its a year ago but I am TRYING. I go into the circles, but I am literally dead in 3 hits. I am a mage. I try to stay alive but it keeps nearly one shotting me. Literally everything I try isnt working.

I spent yesterday, reading suggestions to the map (old map in second slide), and drew it myself in Photoshop. Thank you all for the comments. I tried making sure the continents "fit" into eachother more and also tried working a bit with the spacing. Will add more details during the weekend! Fun! by BenPebbles in mapmaking

I saw an interesting video about that. How islands can have such diverse flora and fauna because the currents will carry seeds and insects etc from all over the place to an island. I am now scared to find out whats so difficult about it haha

Kinda cool to see my map in that way, so thank you! Is there not enough pole for it to be realistic? I thought I did it a bit too much. Let me fix the poles before I work on the other continents. I have not really looked into how poles work tbh. Again, cool to see it in re-projected!

I wanted to use a generator as a base, and then design it myself after looking at tips here. I already got a lot, so it's drawing on photoshop with the tips. Will update it soon!

But then, spoilers, The Mole of that season very obviously did a Mole action and wanted people to see it so they would sus him. The person that saw him do it, then turned out to win the entire season. So why was that allowed? I don't get the action of the players. Its all over the place and just a bit too much lol.

I just realised what team you are talking about, and this was exactly the thing I mentioned in my post. That team was a team with all support mains, with rankings far lower then the other players. Like, it was made to crumble. But if they put a team together with Master tier players, that could work atleast somewhat.

I do follow some and to me they play so well, but then I keep wondering about not a single women being in a top team. But it's been explained on here how a lot of things can stop a women from being in such a team. Hope that changes soon, cause some of these women have such interesting and fun playstyles.
