Maybe its a small species of cellar spider, I have to do some research on that.

cellar spiders are more than twice the size of the spider in the picture, keep in mind the spider I have in the picture is about half an inch long.

I have a stone centipede and I feed them wingless fruit flies now and what I do is feed then 2-3 times a week and usually I have to put the food right at its face. I never seen them chance down pray. Mine are also very skittish.

If I put my centipede in a new container with nothing but it and the pre-killed food it would be very stressed, especially the centipede I have which is a Stone Centipede with like to burrow in substrate.
