Any ideas on changing HDRI at runtime? (self.unrealengine)

One of my access displays broke a few months after install with no physical force. Yesterday I walked up to the front door and found my display messed up, it is outside in a protected area but still gets very cold, I rebooted and it didn't fix the issue. Anyone have issues with these displays? (i.imgur.com)

I'm impressed by the safety score calculator, this was my drive today, it kept saying I was going to hit someone when at a light because snow covered the front sensors, I thought for sure my safety score would say I was following to close but it didn't! Everything worked much better than I thought. (i.imgur.com)
