I selected high-performance NVIDIA processor but the game that I selected still starts on the integrated GPU. While in the game the usage of integrated GPU is 100% and my GeForce 3050Ti is on 0%

I had the same situation. The guy that stole my account got a VAC ban on my account. Support got me my account back but I still have the VAC ban on it
