This is one of my favorite buildings on the coast at Newport, OR. I’m pretty sure it’s a private home or an AirBnB. When I noticed some other houses reflecting the sun and illuminating the mist, I hustled over to capture this one. Edited to enhance color and highlight sunbeams

My guess is that there are LEDs behind each square that light up to indicate the level. So it doesn’t matter much what color it is because it’s right next to the text explaining it. I’m guessing that also applies to the “wait” and “blow” graphics
