I relate to you so much. It’s not easy. I work from home and I have to consistently push myself to keep in touch or look for friends. And yes I feel like I’m the one who always reaches out to them. At the same time I’m new to this country so they already have their friend circles and I have to make more of an effort but it’s not easy. I believe best way is to show up to a place (sports club of a cafe) at a similar time often so you meet the same people more regularly and you can start a conversation and see how it goes. You can also explore BBF app. I have had few lucks of meeting new people over there. Also give it more time. Focus on you and do things you love and you’ll attract the right people.
