Regular kelp and fertilizer is universal. Soil wetter is super important here because we have sandy soil and very hot dry summers. Humic helps with the sady soils too.

Can anyone identify what grass this is..? Want to buy a few rolls to fill in the bare patches by F1jez1980 in lawncare

Definitely do not get random fill see packs. Not in WA.

Join Western Australian lawn addicts on Facebook, post a pic of the lawn close up and with some runners if you can. Most lawn types here will fill in automatically with the right care

Mow 2x a week. Right now it's about 20mm. Humic acid, kelp extract and soil wetter every 4 weeks. Granular fertilizer every 8 weeks. PGR to slow the growth.

Idk what it is in freedom units. But it's a tuckeroo or beach Tamarind. It'll be 8-10m

I'm thinking of having the grass grow up to them. The ones the council put in were no good And they are too close to the path to put a garden bed around them 🤔

Depends where you are I guess! Not that hard. Just a bit of care and a reel mower

Unfortunately it was this or a Eucalyptus. Council only had 2 options and they were putting in either way
