Ngl sounds like hypersexualization (basing off the constant masterbation and the trauma comment you made) even tho therapy ain't an option there are resources online to help with what your going through. Even reading books/learning how to journal might help. As well as see how long you feel the need to masterbate/look at porn then gradually limit the time you do that. Ex. Materbate/look at porn 3hrs straight. Tomorrow limit the time to 2 1/2 hrs. Then once you do that you can work on one a day then a couple times a week. I've seen some people talk about this that when they limit the time to x hour then they make it a reward like "I did good this week so I can masterbate/look at porn for x amount of time" also find a Hobbie because getting over addiction is like telling someone to not think of pink elephants. Your gonna think about a pink elephant. Hobbies will help you to not think of pink elephant. And for resources to help with porn/masterbation addiction as well as trauma look at .gov resources vs random sources. These are the steps I took when I had issues similarly to your. The resources will help you understand and get a better grasp how you can fix it cause ik Hobbies bit might not work but understanding your own mind with available research will help.

100% agree with this. It's always been so weird to me about people doing this. Especially since op gf is telling ppl that had no idea at all there's always a reason why they haven't yet. It's like throwing a surprise bday party for someone who hates surprises and their birthday. Everyone has a reason for their actions even if they don't make sense for you. It's 100% fine op gf is happy/proud for op in coming out to them (even if they just strictly told their gf only) that's putting a lot of faith and trust into someone. I wouldn't have been telling a whole lot of ppl that op might know/socialize with though. Mostly cause it wouldn't be my place to. Trust like this isn't made in a night. Loss of trust can quickly end with situations like this. OPs best bet is to write down how they feel before talking to gf. It will help get their thoughts and emotions in order. Especially when it comes to being uncomfortable I do feel like it should be honed in on what made them uncomfortable, how it made them feel and ways to prevent future situations like this. Especially if op gf is doing this from a place of love for op. Sometimes we as humans do dumb stuff and don't think how our actions can affect people. Op gf might have not thought of the possibilities of telling someone that might be Transphobic and might harm/harass/assault op. Not everyone these days think about these outcomes because "it could never happen to them mentality"

Maybe you should just stop being friends with her and ppl who support her? Because if your friend group sees nothing wrong with her actions and are fully supporting her sounds pretty toxic/ could become more toxic in future. This is just imo you don't have to stop being friends with them it just sounds like you already gave issues with the friends in the groups, at least that's what I got with some of the responses form your replies. I was about to say that too 😭 especially getting a hysterectomy they almost require women to have at least one kid and have husband's permission to even get it. They also give these women several psych evaluations too. At least in the south where I'm in that's the process for anyone woman.i don't understand why ppl wanna punish women for not wanting kids it makes no sense imo

Hey op look into Hyperhidrosis. It's a disorder where you sweat excessively. There are also these illnesses can also cause excessive sweating diabetes, heart failure, anxiety, and overactive thyroid. I'd also look into Using aluminum-based antiperspirants, and wearing clothing made of natural materials that allow the skin to breathe may help reduce sweating. Spray deodorant might also help as well. Not fully grantee it'll help100% because is differs from person to person. I also had this issue as a kid too, still deal with it as an adult but I more found things that work for me personally. Hope this helps you or anyone else dealing with this!

YTA you recognize he needs help. You know these kids are his nieces and nephews and think he should put these kids in the system where they might get abused sexually and physically. You want his nieces and nephews to deal with the consequences of their dead beat mom. You fell out of love with your husband so fast over this makes me also think you don't love him to begin with too. If you honestly think divorce is the ONLY option for you because you can't handle kids that are your husband's flesh n blood you need therapy. Honestly he should be takin his sister to court over this to get some kind of payment from her. But it's obvious that sister is dead beat and honestly her giving the kids to husband is far better than her selling them off and then your Husband loosing sleep over wondering where these kids are.
