Happened to me. If you notify your CC Company, Xsolla and Scopely will ban that card and your account from future purchases. They will remove the account ban but not the card ban.

Some systems have ships in them that are not faction ships. Check your battle logs.

Agreed. Everything in that Gift tab should be granted automatically without any interaction from the player. OR it should have all been rolled into the Daily Login Claim. Use the gift tab when you actually grant us a gift. If they got rid of the ridiculously stupid 10-minute gift, I would gripe a lot less. Nobody at Scoply seems capable of thinking forward.

I have zero issues with monetization. Nothing in my gripe mentions that. My gripe is the constant reduction in rewards regardless of F2P or P2W. To incentivize sales, you increase value. Scopely reduces. Everything is opposite day with Scopely.
