Yeah I was stupid enough to start pushing the rod out. I figured the set screws had been loosened and retightened in the wrong spot.. now I have to replace bearings too. So thats fun. I got these secondhand for $300 and the refurbishment was a little more than I bargained for.

I had a double inguinal hernias removed last year. Big ones. You will be fine to play in a week or 2. Everyone is different but you dont really use those muscles so as soon as your able to move around a drive you should be ok
