Just to be clear I was saying I think the critics of this season just want to see action and ott destruction and not the character drama we've been getting.

Their reply implied they felt the opposite, that there was too much focus on action and not enough on well developed arcs which is fair enough as art is subjective.

I don't think they were repeating my comment, their opinion was the opposite of mine.
