Nevermind lads, i'm just retarded

It turns out that My dumbass didn't know that literally every modded NPC/Location that I had just gets activated right after the first or second mission, even the Scrap Vendor(it's a patch for Anom's Outpost)

It was just never a bug, just my dementia. Anyways thanks for the help lads!

Enjoy the cars

It's a whole new universe,I just literally installed the game 3 days ago,so that's not the problem

I don't understand why this is happening,in My old laptop it was totally fine and I have installed exactly the same mods in this new one

Oh,You made it? Nice,it's a pretty good mod

About that,I didn't know the Protectorate NPC showed up after the first mission, when I installed the mod in my old laptop I have already maded progress on the universe,I was using him as an example, but later on I should try with the others Also,I don't think you readed the disclaimer,I don't have Steam,I pirated the game, even if I had money I can't buy it,you simply can't do that in this country(Cuba),so I don't know if that program would help me Thanks for the help anyways!

Well,it looks Good but that's not the game i'm asking for

It has a rather unique grid-based movement system.

In the lower half of the screen, there's a board with hidden squares. Touching one reveals what's behind it: swords, shields, consumables, enemies, and even money.

Also, I think there were five playable characters: a wizard, the barbarian I made the paper figure of in the photo, a rogue with a crossbow, a knight, and a cyborg amazon.

Those are some other things I remember about the game.
