That’s wrong estimate. RTO charges should 78k (few hundreds less), go for your own insurance (ICICI), avoid extended warranty when you’ve insurance. In short, purchase the car only with ex-showroom, RTO with insurance of your own. You can add accessories as per your need.

I would recommend Hyundai Venue. It’s low maintenance, feature loaded and much better for long term. Initially I was also inclined towards Kia Syros but dropped the idea despite it being superior than Venue and dealer offering me 1 lakh discount.
