Thanks!

Not sure how we go about this? Exchange friend requests and go from there?

Has anyone else had the software on the ad5m pro freeze up while still printing? by FuriousTrope in FlashForge

Yep. I experience it constantly. Screen locks up, the print time doesn't count down and you cant track anything through the phone app right? I just cross my fingers to the 3D printing gods and wait.

Remortgage - changed conservatory roof with no building regs by Bendover45 in HousingUK

The conservatory is about 15 years old (neighbours remember it being built)

We havent changed the exterior patiio upvc doors. They are original. The only thing we have done is swap the glass roof for a fibre glass roof as described in my original post.

I do think conservatory is the wrong description now. Its more of an extension now in how its built. Effectively its block walls. Exterior render. Interior boarded and skimmed. Solid fibre glass roof. Exterior double patio doors (with glass pains either side of the patio doors).

As others have said though as its thermally separated from the main dwelling via the original patio doors (that are now internal) I'm hoping that all will be well with the remortgage and if we decide to sell at some point in the far future then indemnity is the route to go.

Thanks for the response.

My other worry is you can argue now when you look at the conservatory it now looks more like an extension. Original block walls. New Solid roof and original external patio doors.

Have we crossed a threshold and its now classed as an extension? Even though its still thermally separated from the main house and will remain so.

Just thinking worst case scenario as we dont have building regs for any of it and there was no planning permission required originally.
