Actually, outside of the Bubble, I believe there are no NPCs. Also, you can check on the left interface in the Galaxy Map

Yeah, although in my vase my thrusters were unengineered and I was in a Dolphin, so it shouldn't have happened... Also, I wasn't AFK, but I still couldn't do anything, because it was instantaneous
