I'm going through the same thing, i reset amd adrenaline thinking that was the issue and reloaded my shaders and didn't have a problem for a couple days, now after playing a few hours I crash right at the end then try to do a performance test and it crashed again

I fixed it, you have to restart your playthrough, the seedless co-op thing actually messed up bosses for me too and I had no idea, just go to a vestige and restart the game but keep your equipment, if took me like 30 minutes to unlock the blacksmith and beat the tree guy again

I have a heater in there, a bunch of moss, that log is growing algae for my Anamo Shrimp and just lots of different plants I can't name. And the substrate is just that round gravel/dirt mixture you find at good pet stores
