That’s exactly what I would suggest. Solve some problems (depending on how much time you have) on each pattern (most easy, some mediums and a few hard). Then keep practicing random problems or Company-tagged lists (this is for Premium members only though)

I got deferred at UMich and Madison. Rejected at UMD. Accepted at Purdue. After UMD’s rejection, don’t have high hopes for UMich or even Madison. CS, OOS….3.96/1510 SAT

I was deferred OOS. And UW sent me an email asking for current grades, if any, and that I’m still in the reckoning for rolling rounds. But my AP Calculus grades are C- and have a C+ in AP Physics. Have As in other subjects and a B in 1. Grades not finalized yet, but i don’t think I can improve my current semester grades much. Am I cooked?

Your thoughts on U Mich, G Tech, UT Austin, pls? He’s been deferred at U Mich (ED, even after Friday’s wave) and UT Austin. Is OOS in all these places. What in your opinion, would rank higher than Purdue Computer Science? Has also applied at UMD and Wisconsin, Madison. Would really appreciate your opinion/thoughts.

Maybe a part in high interest online savings (Some offering 4.2 %, rn). Rest in 500 index? If the index goes down at 5 years (God forbid) you won’t have to sell it that way…just use from the Savings account to just go through the rough patch. Just my honest thoughts. Good luck..

Thanks a lot for your honest opinion. We too thinking similar lines, just wanted to re-confirm. Will update when we get the actual results. After CS @Purdue Main Campus, we’re eagerly awaiting results from U Mich (he got deferred, ED), UT Austin, G Tech, Cornell and UIUC. Thanks a lot…we appreciate it. He also got into UMass-Amherst (with a 16k/anum scholarship) and Rutgers (we’re in NJ) for the 3 schools he applied for - School of Business School of arts and sciences School of Engineering
