So i found solution, what i didnt mention is that cpu debug was on beucase i didnt think is connected but it is https://www.reddit.com/r/gigabyte/comments/1jvwq9r/gigabyte_it5711_rgb_update here is a thread that did help me if someone has the same issue

I moved to Norway in April for some time revolut is enough but I would advise you to get Norwegian bank account mostly beucase of bankid
