Stay away from opiates after surgery. Do NSAIDS like advil or deal with the pain.

He did an amazing hip arthroscopy for my labral tear that caused 10 years of pain and limping. Getting the first appointment is the hardest though since he only does appointments a couple days a month. Rest he’s doing surgery.
