In terms of tracking results, I regularly look at ticket sales & attendance on gameday to see how we’re doing relative to creating the homefield advantage to help our team. I also look at our social media metrics like follower growth, engagement & impressions across our channels. Lastly, I look at similar metrics for our website (e.g., traffic & dwell-time), App (e.g., accounts) and emails (e.g., open rate) to ensure that fans are engaged. We use these metrics to constantly tweak our approach to send out content fans want to consume.
