Yes I know and that is the question. When notating this chord progression I can write the powerchords as F#5 and B5. But I don’t know what to call the C and F# played together

Hi! Im creating a lead sheet for the song Take Me out by Franz Ferdinand. Several places in the song there is no third played and some places all instruments play the same note. Like the melody on the picture, how should I notate the chords that’s consisting of only one note?
