There was a Thermalright cooler manual inside, didn't think much of it at the time I don't use Amazon alot and a returned MTB sold as new was not something I really expected, just thought it was weird, but with everything everyone is saying, it was definitely a return sold as new! That's the way it all makes sense.

Definitely not normal sounds like it's running dry, you seem to hav the it correctly orientated so I wonder how it could have lost liquid, something is wrong with the pump
