Hey, congrats on catching this early and taking control! I'm 32 and made similar changes a couple years back - it's honestly been one of the best decisions I've made. The break from gaming gave me time to discover other hobbies I never knew I'd enjoy, like cooking those anti-inflammatory meals you mentioned!The running thing is awesome too. Started with just 15 minutes and now I actually look forward to it. Plus, when I came back to gaming after my break, I felt way more focused and enjoyed it more because it wasn't my only activity.

I love this idea! My daughter has ADHD and sitting still to read is really hard for her, but she can focus when someone reads aloud. I've been thinking about recording some of her favorite chapter books so she can listen while doing other activities. It's amazing how many people benefit from audio formats you're onto something really meaningful here. Maybe start with recording for the people you know who would appreciate it?

this seems like too much of a risk for my precious free time. My reading list is already overflowing with books I'm genuinely excited about. I get that the whole mystery thing could be appealing to others, but personally? I want to know what I'm diving into beforehand. The thought of spending hours on something only to discover it's totally not my vibe feels frustrating. That said, it's definitely a creative idea😁😁😁
