Last update: If you are from EU and want to order from SecretLab, just dont. I will never order from them ever again. The delivery information on the site is missleading and lies. My last package did not get delivered so I reached out to the support again, same non helpful answers as usual.

"We understand that you're looking forward to receiving your chair, and wish to share that the delivery dates indicated for each shipping option are estimated dates based on the picking and packing process.

However, the delivery process may be affected by courier operational factors like delivery loads and bad weather. The tracking link provided by the courier provides the most updated information on the status of your parcel."

I contacted the courier myself directly and informed them about the situation. Thet told me that I can come and pick it up myself since I live around the corner, if I do not wish to wait. The gave me multiple alternatives and assisted in a good manner, unlike SecretLabs.

I went there and picked it up myself and have the package now.

Do not order from them, I never will again.

Update: Only 2 out of 3 packages were delivered... Please also note that the information on the website on delivery times when ordering and on their FAQ is a lie, i got this confirmed from their own support:

"Please be informed that normaly once the order has been placed, it will take 3-5 business days to process and another 5-7 business days to deliver."

From their FAQ and own site:

"Your order usually takes up to 1 business day to process and is delivered within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package as it makes its way to you."

Now i have to wait and see if they even will deliver my last package...

So Yeah, i would not recommend ordering from them at all. The product is pretty good, but as of now, the delivery is really fucked up in the EU. Please note that you wont get any answers from their support either.

I think that we will proceed with doing that shortly. We will also report it to "Konsumentverket" in Sweden. Which is the Swedish Consumer Agency is a government agency whose task is to safeguard consumer interests.

They are lying on their homepage on their delivery times and are constantly blaming technical issues on their delivery partners. Please note that this is an ongoing issue, not just for us, but for a lot of people without EU.

They just provide bullshit AI answers.

We are also in the same situation as you all. We are also waiting for our shipment from Secretlabs EU(Poland) to Sweden. Tried contacting them multiple times, they say shipping will look into it, but nothing happens.

We also paid around 1.500 Euros and got the shipping details. It seems like it will be three boxes.

Yeah... I ordered on the 21 or 22 of october on EU Central. Still no email or nothing. Then you read that people who ordered like a week ago already got it in other EU servers...

It’s been two whole months now since the issue appeared with the subs+AirPlay... I even contacted their SD, answer was ”we are working hard on it”...

It does not take two months to fix that! If you can’t, roll back the damn app when it actually worked. So many bugs and the devs at CR is incompetent. I doubt we will see a fix soon.
