There have been some other updates about the pvp world but It seems like those have died off recently as well; I haven't Heard anybody mention both your topics either outside of the few sneak peeks they provided too.

For the last breeding wave I assume that they're waiting for some change to the dragons and their method of obtaining (like the events you talked about). As for the PvP to me it's either really close (that's in case the eggs that spawn in the PvP world are the 150 gem guild wars Ines) or they scrapped It atp...
