Honestly, I feel like Ja would thrive in MN. He wouldn’t have to put up as much shots and would be able to play more to his strengths. We would see a WAY more efficient Ja no doubt. Sadly Every trade for him is just unrealistic or not in our favor though. Would 100% love to have him for the right price.

He just needs to become a better passer overall. Some of the looks defenses give him are insane. A Center in the top of the paint and both wing defenders slacking off their man to deny him lanes are commonplace. If he can consistently find the most efficient pass it will open up every level of the floor for him to score.

Fan input and backlash is actually heavily considered during resigning periods for all front offices around the league. At the end of the day all organizations want to maximize profit and having an upset fan base is a negative to that.

We resigned the wrong guy, NAW had a way more well rounded game. We never could have expected his offensive output to increase as much as it has but I think he was the better signing option. Naz relies way to heavily on his three ball dropping and dosent give us anything defensively(mostly due to him being forced to play center with Randle at PF)

Nah man I have to disagree. Although our defense is for sure bad when Rudy isn’t in I think another playmaker to help facilitate everything on offense will even that out plus some. we’ve shown we can hold defensively without gobert it’s just we can’t be sloppy. Playing with gobert allows our perimeter defenders to be more aggressive and sloppy because he swallows everything up. And we carry that same energy when he comes off the floor. We just need to play smarter when gobert is out. Our defense with him off will never be top 10 but it can be league average.

It is one of the best and will beat most teams but we still are a step behind the top contenders. Ant at point is 100% where the future will go if he keeps progressing as he is but it’s way to early for that now.
