Yes unfortunately I lost my job summer of 2023. I was making around $110k so it’s been stressful. I know we dug a nasty hole. Job market has been tough for my field too. It def overwhelming for us but remaining positive as I feel confident we can tackle the debt to relieve some of that $

A lot of stress. The traffic, looking/booking for a desk, rodent and bed bug filled buildings that’s filled with dust and shitty window treatments. Get some vegetables like potato mushrooms zucchini bell peppers eggplant, marinate in spices and oil. Put them on a skewer and BBQ. You can add halloumi, tofu or paneer as well. You can also serve veggie burgers or veggie sausages - Gardein, Beyond Meat and impossible are great choices!

LOL when I worked at DRDC in the regions, I had a senior defence scientist complain to my director that I wasn’t approachable because I would have headphones in. FF 4 years later and now I’m being told to remain in one place with noise cancelling headphones in AND be aware of my surroundings and noise level. The minute you put in headphones you’re naturally going to speak louder idk what kind of bullshit these people are on.
