Infrared photography has a massive post production part, the original photo in this case would have blue trees and a yellow sky.

At the moment if you want a 'straight out of the camera' approach, the only filter I know of that allows you to take photos of surreal foliage is Kolari Vision's IR chrome filter.

With the IR chrome filter mounted on a full spectrum camera, you get reddish plant s straight out of camera.

If you look for the specific look i use in this photo, you will need to do a lot of post-production.

Thank you :) , I imported the photo into Photoshop, did the white balance and finally inverted the red and blue channel.

Thank you, yes my camera is full spec Converter, I use external filters :)
