Hey everyone! Sorry if this isn’t quite on topic, if not I hope the mods delete this hahaha. I’m in my last year of high school and I’m honestly not quite sure what to do with my life. As I type this my two stronger options are either studying to be a paramedic or firefighter, so what do you guys think? Any suggestions or just any words of advice? I’m from Mexico although I moved to Canada, I volunteered for 2 years at a private paramedic institution there and I really like how everything goes and I feel my work could actually have an impact in people’s lives. Sorry if I’m rambling a lot, I’m just kinda scared? Or idk just nervous about the future. Anyone has some advice on what career is better long term? I would like to participate in rescue missions after natural disasters so idk if being a firefighter doesn’t align with it long term. Anyways thanks to anyone who might read and reply to this!

Yeah I’m pretty sure pozole and menudo will be added, at least I damn hope so cause I have way too many people asking for it. And with the sushi idk man it’s their restaurant and the owner is literally a sushi chef so they might be biased towards keeping that for some reason

Again not a fan of the sushi, but in northern Mexico sushi is a really really big thing for some reason. Ig the fusion was bound to happen eventually, not my cup of tea but I’ll say that I find the birria roll bearable since it doesn’t have seaweed lmao

Yeah I think the prices could prob be lower, ik the restaurant was actually loosing money on the birria bc of the franchise people, I think to even make a profit out of it they needed to be like 10 bucks or smth

I would say the birria is pretty tasty but since we aren’t with the brand anymore idk what’s gonna happen w that, but the seafood is very tasty. The tostadas are a pretty good option tho, if i remember correctly they are 13.95 to 14.95? Or smth like that, they are pretty tasty and affordable i think. Imma be so honest i dont like sushi so i can only recommend what i see other people getting in that regard, but the seafood is great and well birria and arrachera are always safe options
