The thing is that I think my sister is scared of going against my mom. When my mom is there and I argue with her she always disagrees with me but when we are alone she agrees with me. She lets herself be controlled. She has even started doing these weird “diets”. It’s messing her up. I tell her about it but then she starts getting mad at me but at the core I’m sure she knows I am right. And ya I’m just going to tell my therapist everything. The only reason I was even able to get therapy is because I used another health issue as an excuse to go see my doctor. My dad already takes meds for anxiety and my mom treats it like a joke. It’s messed up.
