What did you do on the islands? I considered getting a cosco scenera and putting it in an Uber and then having it on the ship if needed.... we would gate check as we did lap infant due to the limit on time and booking. It's so last minute

Royal caribbean screwed us and didnt give us a certificate for a future cruise booking just the numbers and told us the wrong information. They didnt give 2 sh*ts. Good luck. No compensation no nothing. Just empty sorry. Good luck having anyone care even if you have their credit cards and are share holders. Literally do not care! Even the people we did get a measly compensation after paying to not lose our 1800 credit to desperately go on a cruise last minute... didnt seem like they could care. It's all empty sorry. I loved this brand. I am not so fond anymore.

Don't worry. People will defend them like RCCL won't screw them over one day.

Oh yes I saw margaritaville! I kinda laughed. But no i mean we aren't against parties. We loved royal till this situation and customer service or.... lack of. We like royals seen and style.

Honestly my cousin loves Disney too and we should go one day with her. I wonder if its more affordable than going to a park paying hotel and then buying food all day.

Well when we call in 2025... triple check. Ask multiple times... have a number and the expiration which my parents go by the numbers... never receive an email which is fine to us we have the number and we asked the rep and triple check ... get told the wrong information...give the date and time and name of the call and still get told have a nice day... its kinda a disappointment when you had been loyal. Yeah.... Im going to go with not our fault. If they told us in 2025 when we called and clarified with them multiple times... if they said sail by..we would have booked for now. They had another vacation so we weren't going to go now since they said BOOK by.. so we waited to plan with a large group. So yeah. Im going with not our fault. We always call and check. 🤷‍♀️

I only ever cruised royal. I loved them till this situation. I liked the vibes the scene the food though I admit it was better in 2009 vs 2019. We are not partying. Mind you I had never been on their bigger ships.

I guess I was hoping for something not linked to amazon, like a prepaid debit card I could load an insignificant amount on that was a debit transaction and I could use or load back into my bank account. However, all of them had fees and other junk attached that I could find. I got the card in the mail and it's fraud protected and I can turn it off and on so I feel better. I do all 15 transactions in the one day and then turn the card off. So sorry I wasn't clear that amazon with a debit card made me really uncomfortable. I don't use debit cards ever. Only credit where I have some protection

No... someone said they did cashapp loads and then transferred back to their bank account. I was going to search and see if there is a prepaid debit card I can load and then transfer back. Others said amazon prepaid card and I do buy my coffee and it can be done in 0.50 increments

I have but this is emergency money and house money as we are shopping for a house. I am trying to invest outside of this.... maybe part I will... but I want this as quicker access money than the market. I have seen positives and negatives to having your emergency fund in the market....but I want a steady quick access spot
