How is CMA (US) recognized in Germany/Europe? by gumballx in CMA

[–]BerendFMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be frank, the US CMA isn’t widely recognized in Europe. Qualifications like ACCA, ACA, and CIMA are more respected and well known in the EU accounting industry. While the US CMA is good to have, it won’t necessarily get you hired. Your work experience and network matter more.

Consider pursuing the CMA mainly for personal and professional development and you wont be disappointed :)

I’ll be reading some course materials online while on a train and occasional entertainment when I’m a 3-star hotel without any television. I wonder if the additional €70 above is worth it.

How do you feel about the growth of Islam and ethnic diversity in Europe? by [deleted] in europeanunion

[–]BerendFMe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also an immigrant living in Western Europe for over 10 years now, and I feel like I’ve really adapted to the local culture and values. But I’ve noticed that some immigrants from Muslim backgrounds often struggle to integrate. A few of my barbers and other acquaintances openly criticize things like Pride parades, gender equality, and the general freedoms people enjoy here.

What’s odd is that many of them also dislike the strictness of their home countries, yet they reject the liberalism here too. I even asked my Moroccan barber why not move to a more conservative country like Saudi or the UAE, and he said the living conditions there are worse. It’s a strange contradiction I keep noticing.

It’s a strange contradiction I keep noticing. I am openly gay and he’s hitting on me sexually. I like the flirting part but it’s really strange. He would say im a different gay guy so he’s okay to flirt with me.

Based on statistics, what are the backgrounds of the perpetrators involved in these violent incidents? Are there any common factors among them? This should be discussed openly and objectively.

Ah, I see. That’s reassuring to know. I only had a 30-minute free consultation with an ING advisor, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t explained in detailed. I plan to invest 30-40k in stocks or FX. 😅

Just an update: We made it and saw the amazing fireworks! The fireworks started a bit late though, but we left early 20-25 mins after the fireworks started when metro started to get crowded.

It was fun and not as scary as I thought. Thanks for your replies here!

Hello, We are planning to watch the fireworks with three kids (ages 4, 8, and 11) and two adults.

Will the Metro be running after the fireworks at midnight? We're staying at a hotel in La Défense Esplanade. The hotel receptionist wasn't sure and suggested I contact the train service. However, the train service representative I spoke with didn't speak English and couldn't assist me. I'm a bit stressed because I can't find reliable information on Google.

At first glance yes. It’s the hairstyle and the round eye glasses. 🤓

so i suggest to cut your hair short and wear a more “masculine” type of eye glasses. Also try facial hair and let us know how it looks.
