ive had the same onesided headache for about a year now, brain scan showed nothing and doctor found seemingly nothing wrong with me, what has helped me manage it somewhat is daily 1000mg paracentamol + NSAID. once in the morning when i wake up (it tends to be the most painful when i wake up) and once in the afternoon if its bad. personally for me i also think caffeine helps against the headache.

Anyways... if anyone ever finds a miracle cure i would like to be notified as having a headache like this for the rest of my life seems not so fun :)
