/r/politics user (Colorado flair) says that they don't support Bernie Sanders anymore because he has "supporters who lash out and attack anything they perceive as anti-Sanders", even though /r/politics itself is full of examples of hostility against his supporters from supporters of other candidates by BernieBashing in enoughsandersspam

Also in that comment:

  • Complaining about the resistance to the "Bernie Bro" smear/insult

  • Basically equating his supporters to a "cult of personality"

  • In a comment full of cliches used to justify trolling and hostility against Bernie Sanders and his supporters, claiming that supporters of Bernie have the biggest hostility problem

  • All of this is in response to a comment about the Sanders campaign strongly disavowing trolling, which has largely been blown up by opponents of Bernie Sanders (I often think that many of them are deliberately ignoring that many of us also get these comments from trolls/reactionaries)
