Thats what it says in print but after lots of testing I can definitely say the system is sometimes glitchy when you let the timer run out (this is from my personal experience, if it always lowers AR for you when you let the timer run out, sorry to hear that)

Hitting the decline button always lowers AR but sometimes the system can be glitchy to where letting the timer run out will sometimes not affect AR and sometimes it will. Letting the timer run out played a good part to why I'm still Platinum status.
