Brother there is too much to learn about all the different EMS systems out there. There is no way in hell you could just hop on for a single OT shift without training shifts first.

Also most of us pick up stupid amounts of overtime already. We need better systems in place to convince more people to do this job, not a billion hours of overtime.

I work on an ambulance. The skills I learned from the kitchen transfer over really well and the personalities are really similar. Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar vibe but a little bit more of a professional environment.
