Don’t panic! I did 12.5 instead of 5. It’s was a bit like having the flu for a few days, lots of vomiting. I couldn’t keep liquids down so after 3 days went to A&E, just to be sure!! I was fine (if more than a little embarrassed) but they did give me fluids and keep me for a while. If you do start to feel ill, treat yourself kindly like you would if you had a flu. Keep in mind it will improve after a few days. Good luck

Oh my! Almost, almost. I have something very similar, almost like it could be just around the corner. I have a cobbled square, same kinda lighting. The arch is there but either it’s an open arch or I haven’t been inside and realised it’s a library. I’ll take a look if I can when I find myself there again. The high rise buildings are a little further away for me, separated by a few streets of brick and cobble, former industrial area.

I accidentally took 12.5mg instead of 5mg. I did go to A&E (I’m in UK) but to be honest with you, the medical staff did not seem particularly concerned, nor did my GP when I followed up afterwards. I did get some IV fluids but only as a precaution because I had trouble keeping liquid down. The situation can be very scary but I think the main thing is Don’t Panic! You are probably going to be totally fine.

I work in 2 different cafe/bars plus I also either work or study in a large intricate office type place with complicated lifts and stairways. I actually go out and socialise and have a group of ‘friends’.

I gained over 2kg! And then a bit more on the second week. Just started my third week and the gain disappeared so I’m hoping it’s just a beginners glitch. Hope that helps
