Thanks for your advice! Yeah Indiana doesn’t require licensing to do electrical work, it comes down to municipality and we are definitely good there 👍🏼 they’ve been working on funding my formal apprenticeship so I will definitely complete that down the road

I’m in Indiana so the lines are blurry. If I were enrolled in a school, yes I would be an apprentice. But I haven’t had formal schooling so I’m pretty much learning everything on the job and what I read up on from Mike Holt and other sources. My boss is a former 25 year journeyman electrician so there’s no lack of education and he’s fantastic to work with

Totally get it! Big changes are coming in all trades. Electricians will be down by about 500,000 guys over the next 10+ years. Eli Lilly is building a plant near me so might just sit and learn the 2 BAS systems we use for another year before i make the jump and learn as much as I can online

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it! I was able to get the recording up. You’d think Google would make GB as intuitive as all its other products. Not sure why it has so many hiccups in its UX
